Inside this package, you'll find three comprehensive assessments that dive into Number, Algebra, Measurement, Geometry (now known as Space in v9.0), Statistics and Probability. We've lined up these assessments at just the right times during the school year to help you gauge student progress.
 
It is recommended that they are administered at the following times:
 
Assessment A kicks things off at the beginning of the school year. It's based on Australian Curriculum Maths Year Three Content Descriptions and gives you the scoop on Year Three content mastery. It will guide planning and grouping of your new students.
Assessment B comes in at the end of Semester 1, all aligned with Australian Curriculum Maths Year Four Content Descriptions. It's your window into how students are doing halfway through the year and will help to inform ongoing planning.
Assessment C wraps it up at the end of Semester 2, also aligned with Australian Curriculum Maths Year Four Content Descriptions. It's your chance to see how far they've come by the end of the year.
 
But that's not all! We've thrown in answer keys and an Excel spreadsheet for easy result tracking. The spreadsheet works its magic, adding up scores for each area and giving you the full scoop, percentages and all. It will help you to spot strengths and areas for improvement, whether it's for individual students or the whole class.
